Softel Swift ADePT solution enables the efficient preparation and recording of audio description (also known as video description) of ancillary audio tracks for TV, DVD and film.

What subtitling does for the hearing impaired, ADePT does for the visually impaired audience.  ADePTaudio description software facilitates the preparation and creation of an additional narrated audio track describing the visual elements of each scene, including accurate timing. With support for pre-mix or post-mix audio transmission, ADePTaudio description software can encode 'pan and fade' audio mixing data in standard ESEF files.
